Terms of sale

Your order

BARBARC makes custom clothing from the design, garment, size, quantity, personalisation and delivery details you approve. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds. Prices are shown in GBP and the checkout shows the full amount, including delivery, before payment.

Artwork and approval

You must have permission to use the artwork, names, logos and other material you submit. We may decline unlawful, infringing or unsuitable content and refund any affected order. We prepare a production proof for your approval. Production begins only after approval, and the approved proof controls appearance and placement subject to reasonable differences in screens, fabric, printing and manufacture.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once artwork preparation or manufacture has begun, changes may be unavailable or may cost more. Because each item is made to your specification or clearly personalised, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer law.

Delivery

The website currently accepts UK delivery. We aim to deliver custom shirts in around two weeks, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.

Problems, returns and refunds

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact sales@barbarc.com promptly with the order number and photographs if it is damaged, faulty or materially different from the approved proof. We will assess the issue and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law. Custom items cannot ordinarily be returned solely because you changed your mind.

Use of the service

Do not misuse the website or plugin, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files, or use another person’s private order link. Quotes and availability can change until an order is paid. ChatGPT may help collect choices, but the authoritative price and order status come from BARBARC’s server.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
