CHILLBRO £20 DIY offer

The CHILLBRO DIY terms apply to the £20 shirt-only offer. The base price excludes professional artwork preparation and corrections unless you select the optional £15 Designer mode upgrade, which includes artwork services and free replacements as described in the CHILLBRO terms; choose Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.80) or Tracked 24 (£5.40) per order at checkout. Your selected postage is added to the total.

£11 experimental offer

The current experimental supplier offer is £11 per 220gsm mesh shirt, with 15 shirt slots shared across individual and team orders. Delivery is extra. Optional Designer Mode costs £15 per order and includes artwork support, proof approval before production and free replacements under the CHILLBRO Designer Mode terms. Without Designer Mode, there is no proof approval before production and professional artwork correction is not included. An optional £5 CHILLBRO tip can be added per order. Previously placed £10 interlock and £15 mesh orders retain their agreed price, material and terms. Results and timing may vary. Read and accept the experimental trial terms before payment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Previous premium-quality trial

The £15 premium-quality trial is closed to new orders. Existing orders retain their agreed price and specification. It uses 220gsm premium textured heavyweight material. There is no proof approval before production. The original terms accepted with each order continue to apply. Previously paid or pending £10 orders retain their agreed price.

Previous £10 experimental supplier trial

The trial is closed to new orders. Existing £10 experimental orders accepted under the trial terms dated 10 October 2026 proceed from supplied artwork to manufacture after payment, without a customer proof approval step. Professional design corrections, colour matching and AI defect repair are not included. The supplier is being trialled; results and timing may vary, and delays or supplier failure, including non-delivery, are possible. The estimated lead time is 2–3 weeks plus final postage. There is no additional satisfaction guarantee or discretionary change-of-mind refund or replacement, but your legal rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods remain. View the current experimental offer. Previously placed orders retain the proof approval terms accepted when ordered. For design support and proof approval, choose standard CHILLBRO with Designer mode.

Your order

BARBARC makes custom clothing from the design, garment, size, quantity, personalisation and delivery details you approve. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds. Prices are shown in GBP and the checkout shows the full amount, including delivery, before payment.

Artwork and approval

You must have permission to use the artwork, names, logos and other material you submit. We may decline unlawful, infringing or unsuitable content and refund any affected order. Except for experimental trial orders accepted under direct-production terms, we prepare a production proof for your approval. For these standard orders, production begins only after approval, and the approved proof controls appearance and placement subject to reasonable differences in screens, fabric, printing and manufacture.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once artwork preparation or manufacture has begun, changes may be unavailable or may cost more. Because each item is made to your specification or clearly personalised, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer law.

Delivery

The website currently accepts UK delivery. We aim to deliver custom shirts in around two weeks, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.

Problems, returns and refunds

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact sales@barbarc.com promptly with the order number and photographs if it is damaged, faulty or materially different from the agreed description or, where included, the approved proof. Contact us if your order has not arrived. We will assess the issue and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law. Custom items cannot ordinarily be returned solely because you changed your mind.

Use of the service

Do not misuse the website or plugin, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files, or use another person’s private order link. Quotes and availability can change until an order is paid. ChatGPT may help collect choices, but the authoritative price and order status come from BARBARC’s server.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
