Your custom shirt order
Your chosen tier fixes the shirt price and features. Delivery, the optional £10 design service, tips and towels are itemised before payment. The design service is charged once per order, not per shirt.
Design and proof approval
With the design service, describe your idea and upload any references or original logos. We develop your mockups and check them by hand. Without it, supply and check your front and back artwork. Both choices require your approval of the production proof before manufacture.
Colour and artwork
Exact screen-to-fabric colour matching is not guaranteed. Only use artwork you have permission to reproduce. We remain responsible for manufacturing the agreed product correctly.
Refunds and replacements
We do not offer discretionary refunds or free replacements for changes of mind or mistakes in the artwork or choices you supply.
Your statutory rights remain fully protected. This includes rights relating to non-delivery, faulty or damaged goods, unsatisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and goods that do not match the agreed description—including an incorrect collar or a size different from the one ordered. These examples are not exhaustive.
Delivery
Choose your delivery option at checkout. Carrier delivery aims start after dispatch, separately from production and proof approval. Contact us before ordering for a specific event deadline.

The £20 DIY deal — shirt only
This is a budget print-and-make service, not a professional design service. You supply your own ChatGPT/AI artwork and we manufacture your custom shirt from the artwork you approve. The £20 price covers shirt production only. Final postage is separate.
What the base £20 DIY price excludes
Professional graphic design, artwork preparation, redesign, AI image correction or clean-up, logo recreation or correction, upscaling, colour matching or correction, RGB-to-CMYK colour optimisation, professional logo positioning or layout, repair of distorted AI text/logos and detailed revisions are not included. You act as your own designer and must check logos, spelling, colours, positioning and image quality before approval.
Optional £35 Premium Shirt
The separate CHILLBRO Premium checkout costs £35 per shirt and includes 220gsm mesh fabric, our best printing option and enhanced colour vibrancy. Add one extra identical premium shirt for £15 per order, using the same size, artwork and options. Designer mode is not offered on this checkout. Tracked postage is additional. You supply your artwork and approve the proof before production. Screen colours can differ on fabric. The £35 price replaces the £20 base price for premium orders.
£27.50 Premium Team Shirts
Choose Premium in the CHILLBRO team builder for £27.50 per shirt, including 220gsm mesh fabric, double-pressed black on the inside, upgraded sleeve finish, designer checks and production proofs, and free replacements for any error. These inclusions take priority over the base DIY exclusions. Each member can have their own size, artwork and text. Approve the proof before production. Selected postage is additional.
AI-generated artwork
AI artwork can contain incorrect lettering, distorted logos, strange shapes, inconsistent patterns and blurred details that may not be obvious on a phone. We do not manually correct these under the £20 DIY deal. Select the optional £15 Designer mode upgrade for human checks, corrections and requested edits.
Colour differences
ChatGPT and other AI/software images are commonly supplied in RGB, while our production workflow uses CMYK printing. Screen colours cannot always be reproduced exactly on fabric. Colour, brightness, saturation, contrast and shade may differ; exact colour matching is not included.
Your approval and your artwork
Check your supplied artwork and production proof carefully. Your approval confirms the design to manufacture, including its spelling, logos, resolution, colours and layout. You must have permission to use the artwork you submit. Artwork errors already present in your approved design are your responsibility; this does not remove our responsibility to manufacture the agreed product correctly.
Optional £15 Designer mode
Add £15 per order for image upscaling for greater clarity and resolution, human colour matching and correction, human edits and requested design changes, and checks and corrections for AI defects in small writing and logos. Recommended for blue shirts where an AI mock may appear purple. Describe the changes and intended colours in the Designer mode notes. You approve the edited production proof before printing. Fabric and screen colours can still vary. This upgrade includes free replacements. When selected, these inclusions take priority over the base DIY exclusions above. Refunds and replacements
Custom-made shirts do not ordinarily qualify for change-of-mind returns. For the base DIY service without Designer mode, issues caused solely by errors in the artwork you supplied and approved are not normally grounds for a free replacement or refund. Designer mode includes free replacements. This does not restrict your statutory rights, including remedies for faulty goods, manufacturing errors, goods not as described or any other failure to meet applicable consumer law.
League shirt pages and earned rewards
Shirts started through an approved league page cost £35 each with Designer mode included. Postage is added at checkout: UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.80, UK Tracked 24 £5.40 or EU shipping £13.95 per order. Each five individual shirts with confirmed payment earns that league one free shirt, including multiple shirts bought in one order. Unpaid orders, free reward orders and orders with a refund or payment dispute do not qualify. The league account shows rewards and claims. A free reward covers one shirt and final UK postage, with no payment required; the organiser supplies front and back artwork and approves the final production proof. Refunded or disputed sales may reduce progress towards future rewards; already claimed shirts are not billed retroactively.
Final postage and delivery
The £20 price covers the shirt. Choose UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.80, UK Tracked 24 for £5.40 or EU shipping for £13.95 per order at checkout; your selected postage is added to the total before payment. We book the postage and send you the tracking number by email. Delivery aims apply after posting and are separate from production time. The two-week production lead time depends on prompt artwork approval. Free league reward shirts retain their included UK postage.
