How can we help?

For help with a design, order, payment, proof or delivery, email sales@barbarc.com.

Include your order number

Your BARBARC order number begins with MMS-. For a damaged or faulty item, include clear photographs so we can resolve it quickly. Never email card details or passwords.

Order and artwork help

Artwork must be PNG, JPEG or WebP and no larger than 25 MB per image.
Upload clear front and rear mockups where available.
Nothing enters production until you approve the sign-off proof.

Payment help

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. If checkout does not complete, return to your order and try again. A successful redirect alone does not mark an order paid; BARBARC waits for secure payment confirmation.

Delivery

UK delivery is currently available. Custom shirts are usually delivered in around two weeks. Tracking appears on the order page when the parcel is dispatched.
